Accessibility Statement

High Rockies Community School wants every family, student, staff member and visitor to be able to use our website, documents and online forms, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, captions or magnification.

Our standard

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard set by Colorado’s technology accessibility rules (8 CCR 1501-11) and the federal ADA Title II rule (28 CFR 35.200).

What we’re doing now

In October 2026 we audited a sample of our pages, forms and PDFs. We’re fixing the problems we found, starting with keyboard access to our menus, enrollment information and board documents. You can read our progress and next steps on our Accessibility Progress page.

If something on our website doesn’t work for you, or you need a document or form in another format, contact us any of these ways:

Tell us the page or document and what went wrong. We’ll respond within seven (7) business days and will provide the information another way, at no cost, while we fix it.

Content from other providers

Some of our services use outside tools, including Google Forms, Google Calendar and YouTube. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we’ll help you complete the task another way.
