Tyler Newby is excited to join the High Rockies Community School Board, and eager to help transform the lives of young people in our mountain communities. Growing up in the Longmont and Mead area of Colorado, Tyler developed deep roots in the state and a genuine passion for rural communities and the opportunities they offer through nature and connection. As a parent of a student at the school, he is committed to supporting its individualized, playful, and exploratory approach to education. Professionally, Tyler is an entrepreneur and global product executive in the technology and telecom industries. Most recently, he has led key strategic global products and services for e& UAE in Dubai and Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) in Denver. Drawing on this expertise in innovation, strategic leadership, and organizational growth, Tyler is eager to support the school’s mission of providing a foundation for students to build leadership, confidence, and cooperation through outdoor education, hands-on projects, resilience in challenges, and meaningful community contributions.
